Label STEP licensees commit to the promotion of environmentally sound production, including:
- Supporting sustainable methods in all production stages.
- Minimizing the use of - and wherever possible - doing without, hazardous solvents and colors in the production process.
- Promoting preventive measures and the use of sustainable energy in the production process.
